During 2020, the Palestinian Farmers’ Union implemented the “Empower to Influence” project with funding from the Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA), which enhances farmers’ access to their agricultural lands in Area C. This project includes activities such as the distribution of seeds to Palestinian farmers to cultivate their lands in the Jordan Valley area, the extension of a water pipeline in two areas, one 6-inch pipeline in Al-Baqi’a, with a length of more than 1000 meters and another in Al-Farisiyah with a length of 1.5 km, and the rehabilitation of 1770 meters of agricultural land.  All activities implemented through this project aim to support farmers and enhance their access to their agricultural lands.
