Eman has over 13 years of experience in accounting, human resources, business, and marketing (10 years in the private sector and 3 years with NGOs). Eman is the current Senior Accountant and Human Resource at the Palestinian Farmers’ Union since 2016. Eman’s responsibilities include: maintaining all financial information and records for projects and the organization, managing donor agreements and staff contracts, managing financial control, overseeing budgets, prepare and analyze PFU budget and make recommendations to the organization on the budget expenditures, developing financial reports, overseeing financial audits, and preparing annual audits for the external auditor. As human resources, Eman is responsible for overseeing staff contracts and managing the recruitment, hiring, and exit of all staff.
Eman previously worked as a Financial Consultant for the Land Defense Coalition (LDC), she was the Head of the Accounting Department for Unigroup for Importation Marketing, and was the Accounting and Human Resources Manager for Al-Bakri for General Investment. Eman has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Birzeit University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Birzeit University.
